Mayo Clinic Trained — Board Certification is Next
Late last year, I completed my Health and Wellness training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. To achieve National Board Certification as a Health & Wellness Coach, I'm required to complete 50 hours of client coaching.
I’m thrilled to be halfway there thanks to the opportunity to work with the fine folks at HealthFit and the RENEW alumni.
Now, I’m offering an exclusive, complimentary 6-session coaching package via Zoom or phone, designed to help you reignite your wellness journey with personalized guidance and support at no cost. This is a unique opportunity to work one-on-one with a trained coach to achieve your health goals.
Together we’ll leverage your learning from RENEW or what one of the expert trainers at HealthFit have taught you. We'll identify what’s working, what’s not, and where you feel you need more focus.
