Late last year, I completed my Health and Wellness training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. To achieve National Board Certification as a Health & Wellness Coach, I am required to complete 50 hours of client coaching, and I’m thrilled to be halfway there, thanks to the opportunity to work with RENEW participants as an intern since March 2025.
